Individual Remedy Information
Objective of this Lesson : Seeing Clearly
Matching the symptoms with the remedy.
Homeopathy can be used to treat most conditions, however, in order to be able to prescribe accurately you will need to take into account all the symptoms shown in the patient.¬† By doing so you will find it easier to find a remedy to cure the condition. ‚ÄúLike cures Like‚ÄĚ.¬† If you are able to see the symptoms clearly you will be able to choose the correct remedy to match the symptoms of the patient regardless of the illness.
When deciding on the best remedy, you MUST take notice of how the person is acting, as well as how they are feeling.  If a person has a burning diarrhoea, yet is acting in a mild manner, then it would be unlikely that the remedy Arsenicum, which is often used for diarrhoea would help because the Arsenicum mindset is critical and demanding. You would therefore have to look for a remedy that describes a person with a mild manner, not a critical manner.
Many different remedies can cure the same illness.   To be able to match the remedy with the illness you will need to take into account the persons mindset as well as the outward signs of the physical symptoms. For example; has the illness come on quickly or slowly.  Is the area of pain hot or cold, is it red or not. Is the person angry or fearful. etc. etc. As you go through these more common remedies you will see that they each have different characteristics and mind sets.
Symbols used in homeopathy < worse for  -  > better for.
